A Cleaner Image have a team of cleaners who specialise in 'Beginning of Tenancy' and 'End of Tenancy' cleans for letting agents, tenants and individual landlords. We are equipped with everything needed to spotlessly clean even the most 'unwelcoming' of places.

When arranging a booking with a Cleaner Image you can be assured that your property will be professionally cleaned to the very highest standard. Please note end of tenancy cleans do not include carpet cleaning unfortunately this is an additional extra that we are happy to provide.

Our rates for spring-cleaning are based on the number of hours required according to the size of your property.

Our rates for letting agents are based on the size of the property and the type of service. Please give details of the areas to be cleaned: number of rooms, stairs, lounge areas, toilets and, if applicable carpet cleaning and/or upholstery cleaning. Please call for a quote.

Kitchen - clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards; Clean inside/outside of oven; Clean inside/outside microwave; Wash inside/outside of dishwasher; clean inside/outside fridge; Damp wipe all kitchen countertops; defrose freezer; Clean hob/ grill; Sweep and wash hard surface floors; discale and clean sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator.

Bathrooms - Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; Scrub and disinfect toilet, Clean and discale bath & showers, shower doors and tiles; Scrub and discale bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame.

Bedrooms – Vacuum and mop (if necessary); Clean mirrors; Remove litter; Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and ledges; Vacuum carpet edges; Clean inside cupboards and wardrobes.

Living room - Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges, Clean mirrors, Polish table, Clean and polish all surfaces, Clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frame, Remove cobwebs; Clean windows inside; Dust and wash window sills and window frames, Remove litters;

Hallway - Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges, Clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame, Remove cobwebs.
