A: Your Carpets Have Been Cleaned...

When Carpets are still damp:

• Avoid walking on cleaned areas until dry. If you need to walk on a damp area, please use a house shoe or an overshoe.

• Check whether damp before replacing furniture. Placing furniture on a damp carpet can result in transfer of wood stain/colour. If foil pads or polystyrene blocks have been used on existing furniture please do not remove them until carpet is fully dry.

• Be careful when walking off of the damp carpet onto any laminate or lino flooring – your shoes may not grip well.

• Please keep curtains away or draped, off of the carpet.

• Try and keep any loose upholstery tucked away from the carpet

• Refrain also from replacing any rugs or items that lie flat on the carpet, allowing it to dry off as naturally as possible.

Modern processes improve drying time, so normally you can expect a drying time of up to 4 hours after the cleaning has taken place.
